Starting out is hard

I remember my first time managing another person. Formerly an engineer, I didn't know the first thing about being responsible for supporting another person in a leadership role. I struggled with some of the basics, and I made mistakes. Thankfully, I had a supportive team that helped me learn.

As I continued on my journey, I built systems to help me be consistent in my leadership style. Over time, others asked me if I could share the tools, templates, and methods I built.

I hope you find these tools every bit as useful as I have. They're no substitute for a customized training program, but they can definitely help.
